Participate in virtualization, backup, and security tasks. ### **OBJECTIVE** We are currently looking for a Corporate IT Systems Administrator who is interested in joining the IT department to cover all the company needs for computer hardware, software, networking tools, automation and security. ### **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage and maintain Windows and Linux systems (server environment). * Resolve incidents (Helpdesk) and document procedures. * Work with the Microsoft 365 environment, applying best practices and providing functional support. * Participate in virtualization, backup, and security tasks. * Propose technical improvements and help evolve the infrastructure. * Collaborate on solutions with Power BI and Power Automate. ### **KEY QUALIFICATIONS** * Computer Engineering or Telecommunications. * or Higher\-Level Training Cycle in Network Computer Systems Administration (ASIR) with extensive experience in the position. * Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English, Catalan and Spanish). * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar tasks. ### **OTHER SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE** **Solids:** * Windows (user and server). * Microsoft 365 environment (user and group management, licenses, best practices). Teams and SharePoint Online. * Helpdesk: user support, incident resolution, and documentation. Good service attitude. Ability to adapt to the interlocutor. **General:** * Virtualization and backups: Proxmox or similar, backup systems. Knowledge of concepts such as snapshots and restores. * Automation and scripting: Powershell (simple scripts, administration, automation) or Bash at the Linux level. * Networks: TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS/DHCP, VPN. Ability to diagnose basic connectivity issues. Experience or interest in Firewall environments (Fortinet). * IT Security Awareness: permissions and access, MFA, best practices. Interest in Microsoft 365 security and ISO 27001/ NIS2 standards. **Basic/valuable knowledge:** * Linux at the server level (services, logs, permissions, troubleshooting). * Power BI (understand datasets, reports, publishing). * Power Automate (simple flows, basic automation). **Soft skills:** * Ability to learn autonomously. * A desire to understand the why of things. * Ability to prioritize, organize, and document. * Willingness to grow and assume responsibilities progressively. * Ability to communicate and work in a team.
