We are looking for an Azure Expert Administrator with solid experience in Microsoft Cloud environments—especially in identity, security, and compliance—to join a stable, high-level technological project. Responsibilities * Advanced administration and management of identities in Microsoft Entra ID (hybrid environments, users, dynamic groups, and roles). * Design, configuration, and auditing of Conditional Access and MFA policies. * Management and operation of security solutions using Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps). * Implementation and maintenance of compliance, DLP, and information labeling policies in Microsoft 365. * Administration of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments and management of Azure resources (IaaS/PaaS). * Monitoring, analysis, and response to security incidents in cloud environments. * Support in alignment with and compliance of the National Security Scheme (ENS). * Management of networks and hybrid connectivity (S2S/P2S VPN) in Azure environments. * Preparation of technical documentation and operational procedures. * Collaboration with architecture, security, and systems teams on continuous improvement projects. Requirements * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Network Systems Administration (ASIR) or equivalent higher education qualification. * At least 3 years of experience in: * Advanced identity administration with Microsoft Entra ID (hybrid environments, dynamic groups). * Configuration and auditing of Conditional Access and MFA. * Security management using the Microsoft Defender suite (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps). * At least 2 years of experience in: * Implementation of compliance, DLP, and sensitivity labeling policies in Microsoft 365. * Administration of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and management of PaaS/IaaS environments in Azure. * Support in ENS alignment within cloud environments. **Preferred Knowledge:** * Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, cloud identity and security architectures (A5 environment is a plus). * Knowledge of networks and hybrid connectivity (S2S/P2S VPN) and cloud perimeter security. **Certifications:** Official Microsoft certifications in security, identity, and compliance will be highly valued, especially: * SC-100: Cybersecurity Architect Expert * AZ-500: Azure Security Engineer Associate * SC-300: Identity and Access Administrator Associate * SC-200: Security Operations Analyst Associate * SC-400: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate Benefits * Stable project in a cutting-edge technological environment. * Professional development in security and cloud. * Positive work atmosphere and team collaboration.
