Joining a growing company We are seeking an **Accounting and Administrative Assistant**, with proven experience in administrative and accounting tasks, and knowledge of **recruitment and personnel selection**, to join our team. **Main Responsibilities** **Administrative – Accounting Area** * General administrative and accounting management. * Invoicing, payment, and collections recording and control. * Bank reconciliations and account control. * Preparation of reports and accounting information. **Human Resources Area** * Posting job vacancies on portals and professional networks. * Resume screening and candidate pre-selection. * Coordination and conduct of interviews. * Monitoring of selection and onboarding processes. **Requirements** * Education in Administration, Accounting, HR or related field. * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in administrative and accounting positions. * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in **personnel selection processes**. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and IT tools. * Organizational skills, autonomy, and confidentiality. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with management systems/ERP. * Proactive profile oriented toward process improvement. **Offer** * Permanent contract. * Opportunity to join a growing company.
