We are seeking personnel for warehouse tasks involving forklift operation. Main responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and recording all incoming and outgoing goods, verifying quantities and condition against documentation. Orders are also prepared by selecting and grouping items for shipment, and internal material handling is performed to optimize storage space. Forklifts and pallet trucks are essential for loading, unloading, and storage. Inventory control is maintained by updating records using computerized tools such as Excel to ensure stock traceability and prevent errors. Any issues related to quality, inventory, or equipment must be promptly reported. Compliance with safety regulations, as well as maintaining order and cleanliness, is mandatory. The contract is temporary, with potential conversion to an indefinite-term contract based on performance. Working hours are full-time, Monday through Friday from 07:00 to 15:00. Initial training and development opportunities are provided within a stable logistics environment. Prior verifiable experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management roles is required. A valid forklift operator license, compliant with applicable UNE standards, is mandatory. Practical knowledge of cargo loading and unloading, as well as warehouse management principles, is highly valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at the user level is required for record updates. Experience with warehouse management systems (e.g., ERP or SAP), while not mandatory, is considered an added advantage. Organizational skills, attention to detail, teamwork ability, and a strong commitment to safety protocols are essential.
