The company executes projects for both public and private clients, distinguished by its commitment to quality, planning, and proper execution of each project. Currently, the company has active projects encompassing both **new construction and building renovation**, as well as **civil engineering works**, meaning the selected candidate will be required to participate in both types of projects, adapting to the specific needs of each site. The role entails coordinating and supervising on-site work execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety conditions, while acting as the liaison between the Site Management, production teams, and subcontractors. **Main Responsibilities** * Daily organization and planning of on-site work. * Coordination of in-house teams, subcontractors, and industrial partners. * Supervision of execution for building construction, rehabilitation, and civil engineering projects. * Conducting layout surveys and monitoring work progress according to drawings. * Monitoring materials, machinery, and production requirements. * Supervising execution quality and finishing standards. * Tracking adherence to project schedules and deadlines. * Resolving technical and organizational issues arising during execution. * Coordination with Site Management, Technical Direction, and Technical Office. * Supervising compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and PRL (Prevention of Occupational Risks). Requirements * Experience as a Construction Site Manager on building construction, rehabilitation, and/or civil engineering projects. * Experience coordinating in-house teams and subcontractors. * Knowledge of layout surveys, drawing interpretation, and construction processes. * Ability to organize production and manage site resources. * Problem-solving profile, with leadership capability and results orientation. * Valid Class B driving license. * Training in **PRL 60H**.
