What we are looking for * Daily supervision and coordination of on-site construction activities. * Organization of internal teams and subcontractors. * Ensure compliance with project schedules, quality, and safety standards. * Direct reporting to the site supervisor or construction manager. * Proven experience as a foreman in building or urban development projects. * Residence in the province of Málaga or surrounding areas. * Availability to work in Estepona. * Class B driver's license. * Training in occupational health and safety (PRL) and team management will be valued.
