In Spain, we have over 5,100 employees across 13 business lines. **FACTOR** ---------- BNP Paribas Factor meets corporate financing needs locally, in import and export operations, and beyond Spanish borders through its international products, offering a broad range of factoring services via its offices in Madrid, Barcelona, and Bilbao. **ABOUT THE POSITION** ------------------- MISSION The intern reports to the Client Relationship Manager and works within the Customer Service Department. They will provide support to both Client Managers and Relationship Managers (RMs) in the day-to-day handling of inquiries, requests, and requirements. They will also perform ancillary tasks related to developing commercial relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES * **Invoice Portfolio Management:** Support in uploading and tracking purchases, as well as receiving and validating them. * **Documentary Control and Compliance:** Verification that invoice portfolio documentation complies with contractual provisions; support to RMs and Client Managers in updating customer data in the CRM and other administrative tasks. * **Limit and Risk Management:** Support to Client Managers in monitoring the portfolio for risk reporting, including requesting debtor limit arbitrations from the insurer and setting limits for specific end-of-quarter transactions. * **Client Communication:** Participation in client meetings and sending notification letters to debtors (via certified mail or registered post). * **Operational and Administrative Support:** Comprehensive assistance to Client Managers and RMs in portfolio management, documentation, and various administrative processes. REQUIREMENTS * Studies Final-year student in Finance, Economics, and/or Business Administration. * Experience No prior experience required. * Languages English (written and spoken) at an advanced level. COMPETENCIES * Technical Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (macros, etc.).
