We seek to incorporate a **Team Coordination Support Technician** into our Valencia team to manage and supervise information campaigns. The selected candidate will participate in recruiting and coordinating street teams to ensure the proper implementation of campaigns, acting as the link between planning and operational execution. **Main Responsibilities** * Screening and selection of information officers. * Managing the team hiring process. * Preparing and monitoring work schedules and shifts. * Coordinating and supervising teams during campaigns. * Organizing and delivering materials required for information activities. * Resolving operational incidents and monitoring campaign performance. **Required Profile** * C1 level in Valencian. * An **organized, solution-oriented, and decisive** individual. * Proven ability to **manage and coordinate work teams**. * Planning skills and attention to detail. * Availability from Monday to Sunday. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in coordinating information campaigns, street marketing activities, or events. * Knowledge of personnel management and shift planning. **We Offer** * Joining dynamic projects with social impact. * Collaborative working environment. * 25-hour weekly contract. * Salary of €18,000 gross/year for a 40-hour week.
