Avis Budget Group is seeking a motivated **Omnichannel CRM Journey Manager** to redefine how we engage customers across email, SMS, push notifications, social media, call centers, and rental locations—from booking to return and beyond. You’ll **drive the future of customer journeys**, shaping strategy while collaborating with teams that bring it to life. **What You'll Do** * **Design personalized CRM journeys** across channels using platforms like Salesforce Einstein, Adobe Sensei, or Braze Intelligence * **Map and optimize end\-to\-end journeys** with smart triggers, AI logic, and testing frameworks * **Balance CX with results**, improving conversion, retention, NPS, and cost\-to\-serve * Collaborate across teams—including CRM, Operations, IT, and Marketing Science—working closely with our **international team in Barcelona**. **What You Bring** * **4–5 years experiencie in CRM/journey design** (email, SMS, push, call centers) * Fluent **English**; **Spanish** is a **nice\-to\-have.** * Any other European language is a plus. * Experience with **AI personalization tools** (Einstein, Adobe, Pega, etc.) * Working knowledge of **Salesforce Marketing Cloud \& Journey Builder** or similar platforms. * Strategic thinking with a commercial mindset * Collaborative, curious, and comfortable with complexity **What we offer:** * A **competitive salary** based on experience. * A full\-time permanent contract (39h/week) * Flexible working hours with up to4 days remote/week. * VIP District discounts and rental car discounts * Private medical insurance \& Life insurance after 6 months. * Ticket restaurant \& free car rental after one year. * Excellent location in Barcelona: **World Trade Centre**. **Avis Budget Group** is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
