Assortment Analyst

**Turn data into decisions that enhance our customers’ shopping experience!** We are looking for an **Assortment Analyst** with an analytical mindset and business vision to optimize our commercial offering. You will join the team responsible for defining the assortment across our categories, transforming data and consumer trends into decisions that deliver value to both customers and the business. **What will you do?** * Define and optimize category-level assortment by store format and geographic region. * Analyze category performance and identify improvement opportunities. * Propose item additions, deletions, and substitutions based on market conditions and consumer behavior. * Participate in assortment review and planning projects alongside cross-functional teams. * Develop data-driven recommendations to support commercial decision-making. **What are we looking for?** * University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. * At least one year of experience in assortment planning, commercial analysis, category management, procurement, or retail. * Advanced Excel skills and experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar). * Strong analytical capability, business orientation, and enthusiasm for contributing ideas. **We will value** experience in food distribution or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), as well as knowledge of Private Label (MDD), category management, or fresh products. **What do we offer?** * Join a leading food distribution company. * Participate in projects with direct impact on the evolution of our commercial offering. * A collaborative, dynamic, and continuously improving work environment. * Professional development opportunities and a competitive compensation package. **If you are passionate about turning data into decisions that create business value and improve our customers’ experience, we want to meet you!**
