Within our Marine, Metal and Mining sector and within the Motors \& Generators business, the main objective of the position will be to take responsibility, always in close contact with the customer, for resolving issues related to an already installed machine, both in terms of repair and advisory services, to ensure proper operation of the machines and successful commissioning. Main responsibilities of the position: * . Provide technical assistance service for machines, as well as carry out and/or supervise commissioning and field maintenance tasks when required by the sector. * . Customer contact: receiving problem details, sending quotations and solutions, usage regulations, etc. * . Preparation of technical assistance interventions. Proposing balanced solutions in terms of service and price that provide maximum benefit to both company and customer. * . Preparation of reports, machine analysis and summarizing results from assistance interventions. * . Resolving customer inquiries via phone. * . Work according to the working frameworks established by the organization (procedures, rules, methodologies, etc.), promoting consistent relationships aligned with company values and teamwork. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS * Academic qualification: Higher vocational training or Technical/Higher Engineering degree in the electrical field. * Proficiency in English. * Availability for international travel. VALUABLE EXPERIENCE: * Experience in direct operation on machines, repairs, technical assistance, etc. * Knowledge/fluency in Basque language.
