Position Summary: We are seeking an Engineering professional with experience in Oil&Gas project and contract management to lead and supervise design and construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Manage risks and ensure achievement of objectives **What Are We Looking For?** We seek an Engineering professional with experience in Oil\&Gas project and contract management to join the VP of Infrastructure, ArLNG Project. **What Will Be Your Challenge?** Lead, supervise, plan, and review design and construction projects for new facilities, expansions, and modifications of existing facilities, to anticipate resource allocation requirements well in advance for compliance with specifications, budgets, improvement and maintenance plans, applicable legislation and regulations, Company policies on Safety, Quality, Environment and Energy, and guidelines from the respective Business Unit. **What Will Be Your Key Responsibilities?** * Participate and collaborate in feasibility studies for investment projects, defining technical specifications and economic valuations to contribute guidance and information ensuring optimal project execution. * Coordinate engineering, procurement and contracting, inspection and commissioning, cost control, and schedule control according to the project execution strategy to ensure interface consistency among project stakeholders. * Coordinate development of the Project Execution Plan during extended basic engineering and execution phases to ensure alignment with defined strategy and scope, and to secure coordination among departments involved in preparing the Project Execution Plan. * Coordinate risk management processes across all project phases to ensure implementation of necessary preventive actions for achieving project objectives. * Participate in economic estimation processes by providing required information for developing cost and schedule estimates, ensuring investment amount and timeline align with scope and selected strategy, and enabling analysis of estimate evolution across different project phases. * Coordinate preparation of tender documents regarding scope definition and contractual and commercial guidelines; and coordinate review of bids and proposals for contract award and provisioning, participating in preparation of relevant reports to ensure alignment with strategy, achievement of project objectives, and risk mitigation. * Coordinate cross-disciplinary project teams and manage necessary meetings among various project stakeholders to ensure team alignment toward common objectives. * Control and approve information contained in engineering drawings, material lists, and applicable technical specifications, ensuring compliance with Company technical specifications to provide guidance ensuring constructible engineering. **What Do We Value?** * **Academic Qualification**: Degree in a related Engineering discipline * **Experience**: Minimum 5 years in industrial construction project management and no less than 3 years in Contract Administration within engineering, construction, and/or oil \& gas, mining, and/or energy companies. * **Required Knowledge**: Familiarity with engineering and construction processes, contracting strategies, negotiation of contractual terms, procurement management, and risk management. Knowledge of databases and physical/digital record administration. * **Language**: Excellent oral and written English proficiency (mandatory) **Position Information** **Work Location:** Torre YPF **Willingness to Travel:** Yes, availability for short- and medium-term international travel.
