We are seeking committed professionals with initiative who enjoy industrial maintenance in dynamic and challenging environments, ensuring proper machinery operation and contributing to continuous improvement in production processes. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Diagnose and repair electrical systems in industrial production machinery, including motors, frequency drives, PLCs, and automation systems. * Locate and correct electrical faults, guaranteeing fast and effective response times. * Perform scheduled inspections on critical equipment to prevent failures and extend the lifespan of installations. * Comply with electrical safety protocols and industrial regulations, ensuring all interventions are carried out under strict safety measures to prevent incidents and improve operational efficiency. * Collaborate with the technical team in the continuous improvement of installations and maintenance procedures. * Support the implementation of new technologies for digitalization and modernization of industrial systems. * Strictly apply safety rules for electrical work, ensuring proper use of PPE and appropriate procedures for handling high and low voltage installations. * Identify potential risks in the work area and propose preventive measures to reduce accidents and enhance team safety. * Record interventions in management systems. **What do we offer?** * Job stability: indefinite contract. * Working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM (with one hour break for lunch). * Professional development opportunities: Continuous training in advanced technologies and latest trends. * Competitive conditions: Steel and metalworking industry collective agreement, with 14 payments per year (12 monthly and two extra payments in June and December). * Additional benefits: Flexible compensation, including childcare vouchers and private medical insurance. **Requirements:** --------------- * Higher Vocational Degree in Robotics and Automation, Electromechanics or similar. * At least 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in foundry, steel mill, mining or energy sectors. * Industrial electricity, automation systems and pneumatics. * Experience with servo motors and PLCs (Siemens is a plus). * Ability to connect to control systems and interpret electrical signals. * Training in electrical risk (RD 614/2001\) and working at heights (desirable).
