We are expanding our Audit Innovation team with a Data Analytics and Power BI Developer who will lead the development of control panels and analytical reports using our Data Mining tools and Power BI. You will closely collaborate with technical profiles and audit professionals to transform data into relevant information that supports improving the quality and efficiency of audits. You will be part of the team responsible for the functional design of internal data visualization and analytics tools, collaborating with the central Audit Innovation Team, development teams (IT), and the Audit Quality area. **What will you be able to do?** **Collaborate with the central Audit Innovation Team (50% of time):** **Data Mining and Workflow Mining:** * Translate functional requirements into effective Power BI developments using data extracted from Data Mining and Workflow Mining tools * Collaborate with technical development teams (both local and global) to ensure proper data integration, error resolution, and continuous evolution of solutions * Identify new metrics, functionalities, or business needs that could be addressed through visualization tools * Participate in training sessions and provide end-user support to maximize the impact of developed solutions **Product Owner of proprietary data mining tool and collaboration between teams and clients:** * Deployment tasks of the tool in new audit projects * Support teams (regular users) in resolving queries and incidents * Monitor communications from KPMG Global and interact to resolve incidents **Collaborate with the Audit Quality team (50% of time):** * Technical support in the deployment and monitoring of the Engagement Management Lifecycle (EMLC) project * Participation in the functional design of dashboards and visualization solutions focused on audit and quality metrics * Support maintenance and continuous improvement of the dashboard and other analytical tools * Contribute to establishing a control and maintenance structure aligned with ISQM1 requirements * Collaboration in obtaining metrics and data used for tracking AQIs **What do you need to know?** * University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or similar.
