As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally within a company committed to continuous improvement and making a positive impact on society and the environment. **We are seeking to add a dynamic individual to our consulting team who will perform the following responsibilities:** * Assess compliance with hygiene and sanitary regulations. * Conduct internal audits according to food safety standards (IFS and BRC). * Develop HACCP plans for retailers and agri-food industries. * Advise on the implementation and improvement of food safety management systems. * Provide consultancy and implement the Specific Self-Control System (SAE) for exports to third countries. * Carry out on-site visits to client facilities for verification. * Take samples for microbiological, physico-chemical, and other analyses. * Review and interpret laboratory analysis results. * Prepare companies for official certifications. * Deliver training on good hygiene and food handling practices. * Accompany clients during official veterinary service (SVO) visits and/or external audits (SAE, IFS, BRC). **Requirements:** * Reside in the area where staff is needed. * Valid driver's license. * Advanced proficiency in office software tools. * Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science and Technology, Agricultural Engineering with specialization in Agricultural and Food Industries, Veterinary Science, or Food Engineering. * Availability to travel throughout Catalonia. * Immediate availability to start. * No prior experience required. * Willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
