We are seeking to add to our Salamanca team an individual with an administrative background and strong communication skills. **Main Responsibilities:** * Management of transportation documentation and delivery notes. * Monitoring and tracking of orders and deliveries. * Coordination with suppliers and carriers. * Data entry and updates in the ERP system. * General administrative support to the logistics department. **Requirements:** * Education in Administration, Logistics or related field. * Prior experience in administrative roles (experience in logistics is a plus). * Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word), ERP systems, and new technologies (AI, Office 365, etc). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. * Intermediate English level is a plus.
