We seek nursing professionals holding a recognized nursing qualification to work in a high-demand hospital setting in Menorca, specifically in the operating room and intensive care unit (ICU). Selected candidates will participate in clinical procedures within these units, adhering to established protocols and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The position requires strong adaptability to rotating shifts and availability to perform on-call duties, ensuring uninterrupted patient care. Main responsibilities include preparation and assistance during surgical interventions, continuous monitoring of critically ill patients, and administration of treatments and medications according to medical prescriptions. Maintaining up-to-date clinical documentation and coordinating with other healthcare professionals are also essential to ensure patient safety and well-being. The work pace is dynamic, requiring a proactive attitude to meet service needs. A temporary contract is offered, with potential for extension, at an established private healthcare institution, enabling long-term career planning.
