Biomat is an intermediary company between plasma banks and plasma-derived product manufacturers, specializing in the storage, control, and analysis of plasma raw materials intended for the production of plasma-derived products. Within the Laboratory area, we are seeking to hire a Laboratory Assistant. Your responsibilities will include: Performing quality control analyses on human plasma samples, fractionation pools, and finished products. Preparing, processing, and managing biological samples for analysis according to established procedures. Executing serological, NAT, and biochemical assays to determine viral markers and quality parameters. Participating in analytical studies, verifications, and method validations. Preparing reagents, materials, and solutions required for laboratory activities. Performing laboratory equipment maintenance, verification, and calibration activities. Recording, reviewing, and documenting results obtained, ensuring full traceability. Collaborating in continuous improvement activities within the laboratory. Who you are: You hold a Medium-Level Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) or Higher-Level Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Laboratory, Quality Analysis and Control, Pharmaceutical Product Manufacturing, Biotechnology, or related disciplines. Prior experience in laboratory and quality control environments will be valued. You possess knowledge of serological, NAT, and biochemical assay techniques. You are familiar with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and quality procedures applicable to regulated environments. You are proficient in MS Office applications at the user level. You stand out for your rigor, ability to learn, quality orientation, attention to detail, and capacity to work effectively in a team.
