Machinery maintenance and utensil cleaning We are seeking kitchen staff to work in Ayamonte, under a temporary employment contract and full-time schedule from 08:00 to 15:00\. The main responsibilities include preparing and seasoning dishes according to established guidelines, managing inventory, verifying goods weights, and proposing product replenishment. Precise butchering of meat and fish is also required, as well as maintaining all kitchen equipment—including ovens, fryers, and exhaust systems—in perfect working and sanitary condition. A vocational qualification in cooking and a food handler's certificate are mandatory, and compliance with current hygiene and sanitation regulations is essential. The position includes cleaning dining room utensils and supervising and attending to students during meal service. The monthly salary is 1500 euros.
