Summary: We are seeking a professional to support and promote the physical, social, and emotional well-being of individuals with functional diversity in a residential care home, fostering their autonomy. Highlights: 1. Support in daily living activities and organization of leisure and learning 2. Participation in the development of Individualized Support Plans (PAI) and household maintenance tasks 3. Integration into a professional team dedicated to user well-being The Residential Care Home “Les Casetes” is the permanent residence of 12 individuals with functional diversity, where a team of educators and psychologists provides the daily support they require. Our objective is to support and promote the physical, social, and emotional well-being of residents, maximizing their autonomy. Our services operate year-round, 365 days per year. We are currently seeking a professional who wishes to join our team. \- Provide support in daily living activities. \- Plan, organize, and prepare leisure and learning activities. \- Manage and monitor users’ medication administration. \- Participate in developing users’ Individualized Support Plans (PAI). \- Assist with household maintenance tasks. \- Attend biweekly Team Meetings (Thursdays). * Minimum 1 year of experience. \- Degree in Social Education, Higher Vocational Training Certificate in Social Integration, or other professional training related to the social field. \- Preference for candidates with experience in functional diversity or residential care settings. \- Flexible working hours. * Social integration * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: \- Teamwork. \- Empathy. \- Commitment. \- Initiative and creativity. * Indefinite-term employment contract * Part-time position (26 hours per week — annual schedule) * Gross monthly salary ranging from '817' to '900' * Additional relevant information: \- Part-time schedule of 26 hours per week on rotating shifts (afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays), or 1089.5 hours annually in 2026\. \- Annual schedule includes: o Afternoons: Mondays and Tuesdays, fixed shifts from 17:15 to 22:15 or from 16:45 to 22:15 o Nights: Wednesdays and Thursdays from 22:15 to 08:30, Fridays from 22:15 to 10:00, Saturdays from 22:00 to 10:00, and Sundays from 22:00 to 08:30 o Weekends and public holidays: various shifts from 08:00 to 14:00, 10:00 to 22:00, or 14:00 to 22:00 o Alternate Thursdays: Team Meeting from 15:30 to 17:00 \- Indefinite-term contract. \- Immediate start. \- Workplace located in Barcelona, next to Bac de Roda metro station. \- Gross monthly salary of €816. \- Possibility of voluntary overtime and occasional accompaniment duties, as well as potential schedule expansion if required.
