Your key responsibilities will include: * Translating designs and prototypes into viable, standardized, and scalable production processes. * Coordinating with engineering, quality, production, and suppliers to ensure industrialization without deviations in cost, schedule, or quality. * Defining and validating production equipment, tooling, machinery, and required technical documentation for manufacturing. * Optimizing processes and cycle times using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, or Six Sigma. * Ensuring regulatory and quality compliance from pilot phase through mass production. * Training and supporting "Junior" industrialization engineers. * Hierarchical responsibility: Managing attendance control and reviewing absences for teams under your area of responsibility. **We are looking for candidates with:** * **Academic background**: Bachelor’s degree or University Degree in Industrial Engineering and/or Higher Vocational Training in Electricity and Electronics or Electricity and Mechanics. * **Professional experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. Development of APQP documentation.
