Proposed training plan Innomotics is a company specialized in the manufacturing and sale of low and high voltage electric motors, gearmotors, medium-voltage converters, and motor spindles. Additionally, it offers digitization solutions and a wide range of services for the industrial sector in general. Headquartered in Nuremberg (Germany) with global presence, Innomotics' main office in Spain is located in Tres Cantos, Madrid. The internship will take place within the Technical-Commercial Department, under the Sales area. This department plays a key role in preparing technical proposals, coordinating with factories, and supporting the management of industrial solutions for clients in the energy and industrial sectors. During the internship period, the student will be able to: * Learn how to assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals. * Develop skills in creating technical documentation related to industrial projects. * Become familiar with processes for monitoring and coordinating delivery schedules in production environments. * Actively participate in internal meetings, gaining competencies in communication and teamwork. * Use digital tools and office software in real business environments. ‍ Mentoring and Follow-up A specialized company tutor will guide the student throughout the entire internship. Training objectives will be established, and continuous progress monitoring will be carried out, providing periodic feedback to maximize learning and the student's integration into the professional environment. Candidate Profile **University Degree:** Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or Naval Engineering **Required Skills:** Analytical ability, initiative, interest in the industrial sector, and written and oral communication skills. **Languages and Tools (valued):** Minimum English level B2\. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
