Main responsibilities: 1\. Periodically report on maintenance activities of the assigned facilities. 2\. Plan and schedule work for staff and supervisors. 3\. Ensure proper execution of the work order process. 4\. Prepare reports. 5\. Assist in maintenance tasks at the facility. 6\. Respond to any incidents that may arise and/or inform the immediate supervisor. 7\. Monitor compliance with execution deadlines. 8\. Organize assigned materials and equipment, ensuring proper use of tools and resources. 9\. Ensure necessary preventive measures related to occupational risk prevention are taken and supervise their implementation.
