Main responsibilities include: 1\. Periodically report on maintenance activities for assigned facilities. 2\. Plan and schedule work for staff and supervisors. 3\. Verify correct execution of the work order workflow. 4\. Prepare reports. 5\. Support center maintenance tasks. 6\. Respond to incidents that may arise and/or escalate them to the hierarchical supervisor. 7\. Monitor adherence to execution deadlines. 8\. Organize assigned materials and equipment, ensuring proper use of tools and materials. 9\. Ensure necessary preventive measures related to occupational risk prevention are implemented and supervised.
