We are seeking a Junior Engineer in Manufacturing Engineering to join technological projects in the aerospace sector. The position will start in Madrid, with the expectation of relocating later to Albacete once the necessary project knowledge and autonomy have been acquired. Responsibilities * Support in the industrialization of aerospace components. * Preparation of technical documentation: routing sheets, work instructions, bills of materials, etc. * Analysis of manufacturing processes and proposals for continuous improvement. * Collaboration with design, quality, and production departments. * Support in process improvement activities based on Lean principles. * Management of incidents and non-conformities. Special conditions * Initial stay in Madrid with accommodation and allowances covered by the company. * Expected relocation to Albacete after the training/project immersion phase. * Support and guidance during the integration process. * **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree in Industrial, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or similar. * Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, aerospace materials). * Intermediate English (minimum B1/B2). * Proficiency with CAD tools (CATIA, NX, SolidWorks) and office software. * Previous internship or industrial project experience is a plus. * Proactive attitude, ability to learn, and teamwork skills.
