Braun Surgical,** we are seeking to hire a Junior Continuous Improvement Engineer to specialize in extrusion processes for the manufacturing of Suture Threads within the Maintenance Department at our headquarters in Rubí. **Responsibilities:** * Acquire knowledge of the Extrusion Process * Propose technical and productivity improvements agreed upon with the involved departments (Production, Engineering, Quality, Prevention, ...) * Standardize and supervise the extrusion process, ensuring product quality and operational efficiency. * Monitor implemented improvements. * Propose necessary modifications to Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of production equipment resulting from the improvements made. * List the spare parts required to maintain the implemented modifications. * Update documentation regarding these improvements and train the necessary personnel. * Participate in the implementation of new projects. Collaborate in the integration of occupational risk prevention and environmental protection. * **Requirements:** * Industrial Technical or Higher Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics) * At least one year of professional experience in continuous improvement processes * Experience in pharmaceutical environment will be valued * Knowledge of extrusion processes is desirable * Proficiency in spoken and written English * Knowledge of office software tools (word processor, spreadsheet, database, ...) * Familiarity with ISO, FDA, OHSAS, and Occupational Risk Prevention regulations * Responsible, organized person with ability to work in a team * Ability to manage work pressure and proactive attitude to propose and/or implement improvements Availability for occasional international travel * If you believe your experience and professional interests align with this opportunity, do not hesitate to apply!
