**What do we need?** We are currently looking for a **Junior Construction Site Manager**, who will be responsible for ensuring proper compliance with execution procedures and technical controls on site (PPI), for an international interconnection project with France through the Bay of Biscay. **Responsibilities:** * **Monitor, verify, and document on-site the correct execution of works and work units**, applying the execution and quality controls established in PPIs and construction procedures. * Monitor the **installation of materials** * Collect field data for project monitoring * Assist in preparing **construction documentation** and **inspection point plans**. * **Coordinate** with subcontractors, surveying services, and external entities the **execution control and quality control activities**. * **Identify and report non-conforming units for corrective action**. * **Participate in quality, environmental, health, and safety management systems** by applying established procedures, carrying out specified monitoring, and managing related documentation to achieve set objectives, comply with regulations, and minimize risks. * **Monitor and record as-built changes** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in **Civil and/or Geomatic Engineering / Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering** * Higher Technician in Construction Project Organization and Control * **No experience or up to 2 years of experience in similar roles** * **Desirable** knowledge of **quality methodologies**. * **Knowledge of Structural Code, Eurocode 1, 2, 3, 7, and 8 with corresponding national annexes.** * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** * **Desirable training in occupational risk prevention** **About VINCI Energies** In a transforming world, **VINCI Energies** drives the ecological and digital transition through customized multi-technical solutions.
