As a **Project Manager**, you will be responsible for managing projects across Spain, ensuring their execution according to customer contracts and achieving technical and commercial objectives. **This will be your role: What will you do?** * Ensure delivery of assigned projects within established timeframes, scope, and budget. * Effectively manage customer relationships and all involved parties. * Define project objectives and scope, involving key stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. * Coordinate internal and external resources (suppliers, subcontractors) to guarantee efficient execution. * Ensure compliance with current regulations. * Guarantee resource availability and allocation. * Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. * Detect deviations early and report to the client, team, and management for timely correction. * Manage changes in scope, timelines, or costs using appropriate control processes. * Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project continuity. * Measure project performance using suitable tools and techniques. * Report and escalate to management as necessary. * Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/suppliers. * Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. **What are we looking for?** * Solid technical background, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. * Experience in Fire Protection Systems (FPP) and Comfort Systems projects. * Authorization to certify and/or legalize fire protection installations. * Effective communication skills, both internally and with customers. * Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities. * High level of spoken and written English. * Availability for national travel. The selected candidate will be assigned to the **northern region**, with a primary focus on the **Basque Country** (where approximately 90% of the activities will take place), and will support ongoing projects in this area.
