The main responsibility will be to take charge of and supervise the proper operation of assigned facilities in the area. Key responsibilities include: * Achieve objectives related to the portfolio in their sector by managing assigned human and material resources. * Manage commercial activities, maintenance, and customer retention, conducting periodic visits and providing technical advice. * Organize and oversee maintenance planning, resolving any technical issues that may arise within their sector. * Prepare cost proposals and ensure contract and project outcomes. * Supervise and verify the quality of maintenance work carried out by both internal staff and subcontractors. * Produce client reports on the condition of their facilities, identifying any corrective actions required. * Ensure and monitor compliance with procedures and regulations regarding occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental standards, guaranteeing adherence to current legal requirements. * Work within a multidisciplinary environment, integrating into the activities of a large team and maintaining constant coordination with other departments of the company, directly overseeing the development, quality, and profitability of their operations.
