Integration into a large team **Job Description** Veolia Servicios Lecam, within its energy services division, requires a Team Leader in Valencia to oversee maintenance of multiple facilities. Main responsibilities include: * Periodically reporting on maintenance activities for assigned facilities. * Planning and scheduling work for staff and supervisors. * Verifying correct execution of the work order workflow. * Preparing reports. * Supporting maintenance operations at the facility. The role operates within a multidisciplinary working environment and involves integration into a large team, maintaining continuous interaction with other company departments while directly overseeing the development, quality, and profitability of related activities. Additional requirements: * Experience managing maintenance contracts: control of periodic inspections, proposals for facility improvements, budget preparation, subcontractor management, client interaction, and technical staff supervision, etc. * Preferred: complementary training in electricity, refrigeration, RITE (Reglamento de Instalaciones Térmicas en los Edificios), etc. * Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) tools. **Additional Information** As an inclusive company, Veolia is committed to diversity and values all applications without discrimination.
