**Job Description:** At Ardagh, we are looking for an Engineering Projects Coordinator to lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives in our production and maintenance processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Engineering department in the implementation of projects, with the Production department to ensure the proper functioning of machinery, and with Maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and technical development of the plant. **Responsibilities:** Manage the CMMS maintenance management system, track and report on the maintenance plan compliance level, assign work orders, keep the system updated, and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for machinery and processes. Coordinate technical work teams to ensure the smooth operation of production lines. **Professional Requirements and Competencies:** Degree in Industrial Engineering (Technical, Bachelor’s, or Advanced). Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial environments. High level of English. Advanced knowledge of engineering and production processes. Proficiency in CAD software and computer tools (Microsoft Office). Experience in process data analysis and statistical tools. Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing and process optimization techniques.
