The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities within their territory and leading the development of projects related to energy efficiency, maintenance, and technical installations. Main responsibilities: \- Customer acquisition within the assigned territory \- Identification of opportunities in industry, healthcare sector, and tertiary buildings \- Identification of technical needs and proposal of solutions \- Internal coordination with technical office and operations teams \- Monitoring of quotations and tender processes \- Leadership of commercial opportunities through to closure \- Handover of projects to the operations team Solutions to be marketed:\- Comprehensive management of energy installations. \- Technical operation and maintenance \- HVAC, electrical, and water installations. \- Energy efficiency projects. \- Resource optimization and regulatory compliance. ### **Requirements** Engineering education: industrial, mechanical, etc. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in roles similar to those described. Experience in the Healthcare, Tertiary, and/or Industrial sectors. A clearly demonstrated and proven commercial vocation.
