Promotion of equality and diversity within the team. **Job Description** Veolia Servicios Lecam, within its energy division, seeks to hire a Team Leader Engineer for Maintenance and Construction Works in Mérida (Arroyo de San Serván). Key responsibilities include coordination and supervision of maintenance activities for assigned facilities and associated personnel, performing tasks such as: 1\. Periodically report maintenance activities for assigned facilities. 2\. Plan and schedule work for personnel and supervisors. 3\. Verify correct execution of the work order workflow. 4\. Prepare reports. 5\. Support center maintenance activities. 6\. Respond to incidents as they arise and/or escalate them to the hierarchical superior. 7\. Monitor work logs and working hours. 8\. Monitor compliance with execution deadlines. 9\. Organize assigned materials and equipment, ensuring proper use of tools and materials.
