Key responsibilities include coordination and supervision of maintenance activities for assigned facilities and associated personnel, performing tasks such as: 1\. Periodically report maintenance activities for assigned facilities. 2\. Plan and schedule work for personnel and supervisors. 3\. Verify correct execution of the work order workflow. 4\. Prepare reports. 5\. Support center maintenance activities. 6\. Respond to incidents as they arise and/or escalate them to the hierarchical superior. 7\. Monitor work logs and working hours. 8\. Monitor compliance with execution deadlines. 9\. Organize assigned materials and equipment, ensuring proper use of tools and materials.
