Projects aligned with our strategic priorities and those enabling continued business evolution. We are seeking to **strengthen the DATA team** within the Insurance Systems area. This team is responsible for the **Insurance Information System**, based on Unix with DB2, and information exploitation currently carried out using SAP Business Objects. Its purpose is to **equip the Insurance unit’s Management Control and Reporting team with capabilities and support them in their daily operations**. Provide accurate information for the proper functioning of the company. Ensure generated information is reliable and meets requested management and operational requirements. The team has an **end-to-end (E2E) vision of the entire process**, from the physical infrastructure hosting the system, through the software used to transform and extract information, to data analysis, supporting users in information analysis. **About the job:** We are looking for someone with the **ability to interpret data**, **extract relevant insights and predict behaviors**, transforming data into customer solutions. Main responsibilities: * **Collaborate** with business units in generating internal control reports and regulatory reporting. * **Participate** with the development team in implementing requirements, including projects, enhancements, and incident resolution, as well as subsequent follow-up. * **Solve** business problems by leveraging insights derived from data. * **Ensure** compliance with methodological, technical, and quality requirements. * **Interact** with development teams and serve as a communication bridge between technology and/or business teams. * **Be responsible** for developments and act as a facilitator in removing blockers and constraints. Required Technical Skills: * Programming in **SQL and Python**. * **100% Agile Culture**, open to change, with a collaborative, proactive, empathetic, responsible, and goal-oriented attitude. * Ability to collaborate, take initiative, and negotiate to align team members' interests.
