Let’s build wellness for millions together. **Challenges you’ll meet:** * **Payment Metrics Ownership:** Take full ownership of core payment metrics (e.g., approval ratio, payment funnel performance) and ensure they are reliably tracked and in a consistent manner; * **Proactive Stakeholder Management \& Storytelling**: Distill complex analytical findings into compelling, clear, and concise narratives for senior stakeholders. Present data\-driven recommendations that drive decisive action across Product \& Engineering; * Develop a clear analytical framework for understanding the metrics performance and strategic contributions; * Partner with the product team and refine experimentation processes to ensure data\-driven decision\-making. **Your professional qualities:** * Demonstrated experience in interpreting data and delivering high\-impact solutions to stakeholders; * Proficiency in SQL, Python and Tableau (or other data visualization tools); * Familiar with statistics and hypothesis testing principles; * Adept at breaking down complex challenges into clear, actionable steps. **Nice to have:** * Familiarity with payments domain and with Airflow. **In our team, we value:** * Sociability.
