We only ask that you bring a positive attitude, commitment to cutting-edge technology development, and share our values—we don’t care where you come from or where you're going. **What your day-to-day will look like** **We are seeking an** **Observability Platform Engineer Private Cloud** **for ALMA, a key team within our technological ecosystem.** Our work involves managing the observability of the Private Cloud platform, ensuring monitoring, control, and resolution of incidents related to virtualization, storage, and network systems, as well as supporting technical teams in the development and deployment of new monitoring capabilities. ‍ These will be your main responsibilities: * Manage various Private Cloud monitoring platforms. * Actively participate in building and evolving the observability platform for future implementations. * Handle and manage requests and incidents related to the monitoring platform. * Support technical teams in developing and deploying new monitoring scripts. * Coordinate and document best practices in observability and monitoring. * Integrate new monitoring technologies and tools according to area needs. * Participate in automation and continuous improvement initiatives (DevOps). * Collaborate, to a lesser extent, in the management and support of the PBX platform as N2. **What we expect from you** You’ll surely fit into the team if you enjoy technology, want to understand the risks the Bank faces, constantly learn about new technologies, and if, in addition to developing your technical skills, you also care about improving your soft skills.
