Therefore, we are looking for curious individuals who are motivated by challenges and eager to grow personally and professionally, to join our team and make a positive impact on the world through technology. **ARE YOU READY TO TAKE ON THE CHALLENGE?** We want you to become part of our Data team as a **Data Solution Lead**, where you will play a key role in business development and project management. **WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS?** **Business Development** * Act as a data-specialized pre-sales resource for the sales team * Identify and qualify business opportunities in data governance, engineering, and visualization projects * Conduct data maturity assessments and define transformation roadmaps * Prepare and present demos, PoCs, and proposed architectures based on client needs * Develop technical and economic proposals and respond to RFPs for data projects * Represent the company at events, data communities, and networking within the data ecosystem **Delivery and Operations** * Technically lead data projects from design to implementation * Define data architectures, governance models, and implementation strategies * Coordinate technical teams (data engineers, analysts, architects) on projects * Set up and manage test environments, data pipelines, and dashboards * Serve as the main technical liaison with business and technical stakeholders from the client side * Ensure quality, security, and regulatory compliance in data solutions **Strategy and Development** * Contribute to the development of the company's data services offering * Identify trends, emerging technologies, and market opportunities in the data sector * Participate in internal knowledge initiatives (trainings, presentations, documentation) * Collaborate on positioning initiatives to establish the company as a data reference. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Location: Resident in Barcelona or surrounding areas * Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar * Technical experience: Minimum 5\-7 years of hands-on experience in data projects, including at least 2 of the following areas: data governance, data engineering, data architecture, or advanced visualization * Technical stack: Proven experience with modern data tools (e.g.: advanced SQL, Python/Scala, cloud platforms AWS/Azure/GCP, ETL/ELT tools, BI solutions) * Commercial experience: Demonstrable experience in technical pre-sales activities, proposal writing, and client presentations in data projects * Skills: Excellent technical and commercial communication skills, able to translate business requirements into data architectures and vice versa * Languages: Intermediate to advanced level of English (minimum B2) Highly valued: * Prior experience in technology or data consulting (Big4, specialized boutiques, etc.) * Specific knowledge of data governance frameworks (DAMA, DCAM, etc.) * Experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Fivetran, etc.) * Knowledge of data mesh, data fabric, or distributed data architectures * Experience in cloud data migration projects * Cloud certifications (AWS Data Analytics, Azure Data Engineer, GCP Data Engineer) * Background in agile project management or DataOps methodologies * Experience in account management or client account handling * Network of contacts within the Barcelona data ecosystem **WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT SEIDOR?** A diverse team.
