Support the management of billing procedures and BU reporting ### **Summary** Generate value for bpA teams with analytical support for financial information, compliance, and data accuracy. ### **About the Role** Major Accountabilities \~ Provide analytical support to managers in areas including financial activities, decision-making, and general project-related matters. \~ Assist more senior colleagues in delivering analyses to support and predict business processes and consistency across your organization. \~ Help prepare analyses and reports, and develop long-term strategic financial and business plans by providing accurate data and analysis. \~ Support the preparation of factual and numerical findings reports. \~ Support the preparation of written project proposals, analytical reports, and presentations. \~ Provide management support for the ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT (BPA) monthly billing procedures and BU reporting kits. \~ Support bpa projects at the site or BU level. \~ Report technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt \~ Distribution of marketing samples (if applicable) Key Performance Indicators Internal customer satisfaction, quality, relevance, and timeliness of financial analysis Reliability and accuracy of all delivered numbers Work Experience \~ Operations management and execution Skills \~ Market understanding \~ Understanding of value drivers \~ Planning and analysis \~ Ability to influence key stakeholders \~ Process optimization \~ Data cleaning \~ Normalization \~ Data visualization \~ Employee engagement \~ Finance and management \~ Compliance and controls reporting Language English **Why Novartis:** Helping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
