The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to transform data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making. **Responsibilities** * Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data from multiple sources * Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support operations and management decisions * Monitor data quality, accuracy, and integrity across systems and databases * Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through statistical and business analysis * Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools * Collaborate with internal teams to understand analytical requirements and business objectives * Generate periodic reports and ad-hoc reports on operational and financial performance * Support improvements in data collection, analysis, and reporting processes * Present findings, analyses, and recommendations clearly and professionally to management * Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company data handling policies **Requirements** * Prior experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or related fields is preferred * Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools** is an advantage * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate results effectively * Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and reporting platforms * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment * Knowledge of statistics, business analytics, or financial reporting is considered an advantage Salary: €14.00–€18.00 per hour Benefits: * Free parking * Uniform provided Work Location: On-site employment
