We are currently seeking a Data Analyst specialized in Power BI for our Finance area. Your mission will be to transform complex data into actionable insights, support business decision-making, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. In this role, a high level of English proficiency is essential for interacting with international stakeholders. **Your Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain **dashboards**, reports, and data models in **Power BI**. * Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions. * Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy. * Create and document ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. * Generate clear insights and recommendations based on quantitative analysis. * Participate in meetings and presentations in English with global teams. * Automate processes and continuously improve existing analytical solutions. WHAT DO YOU NEED? * Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. * **3+ years of experience** in data analysis or similar roles. * **Advanced expertise in Power BI**: DAX, Power Query, data modeling, performance optimization. * Experience with SQL (intermediate/advanced level). * High level of **English proficiency** (C1 preferred); ability to clearly communicate insights. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Experience working with various business stakeholders.
