The data team is also at the forefront of enabling AI automations across the company – your role will have real business impact. What do we expect from you? * Collaborate with key areas of the business (marketing, operations, product) to understand their business challenges and provide data and insight to drive positive business results * Demonstrate an action\-oriented mindset, working autonomously to proactively tackle challenges and be willing to embrace and tackle challenges head\-on * Support the business in embedding AI driven automation to reduce manual processes * Help us drive and optimise our cross sell strategy across all areas of the business by translating data into actionable audiences * Understand our conversion funnel and influence business users to take data driven decisions * Contribute to the continual development and deployment of our state\-of\-the\-art data layer and visualisation tools * Translate business questions and hypotheses into actionable data insights, supporting company growth Who are we looking for? * 4\+ years as a data analyst or similar role * Proficiency in writing SQL to interrogate large databases * Understanding how to automate tasks and use AI to drive business efficiencies is a strong advantage * High level of expertise with data visualisation tools * Proven ability to understand business requirements and explain complex data to all levels of employees * English/Spanish to a business level
