Position Summary: Savills Spain is seeking a Shopping Center Technical Manager to supervise maintenance, manage services, and ensure regulatory compliance within the Retail Division. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive supervision and control of asset maintenance. 2. Management of service contracts and optimization of consumption. 3. Participation in the preparation of the annual budget. At Savills Spain, an international real estate consultancy, we aim to hire a Shopping Center Technical Manager to join our Retail Division. Responsibilities: * Reporting to company management, technical and retail services leadership, and the client, responsible for supervising and controlling preventive, corrective, and operational maintenance of the asset. * Responsible for monitoring and tracking the proper delivery of contracted services (maintenance, security, cleaning, landscaping, sustainability, etc.) at the shopping center to ensure service quality, adherence to procedures, and regulatory compliance. * Manage service contracts (cleaning, security, maintenance, landscaping, etc.) for assigned buildings. * Comply with company-established policies and procedures. \-Supervise technical\-legal compliance\-Implement necessary corrective measures. * Maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) up to date. * Develop and maintain close relationships with tenants and/or owners based on reciprocal communication, agile responses, and practical solutions. * Manage procurement and tendering of materials and services required within the area of responsibility, always subject to prior approval and in accordance with established purchasing protocols. * Manage and optimize consumption. * Participate in the preparation of the annual budget (Capex\-Opex) related to the area of responsibility. * Propose improvement initiatives regarding facilities, energy efficiency, sustainability, etc. Requirements * Engineering or Architecture degree. * Experience in the described responsibilities and/or in maintenance of collective building facilities. * Detailed knowledge of the center’s evacuation and emergency plan and its various response protocols, as well as collaboration in BREEAM, ISO, and other current or future certifications. * Ensure implementation of the facility maintenance program. * Support management and senior management in all actions related to the asset. * Availability to work on Saturdays if required by asset or company needs
