**Store Manager** **CC Oasiz, Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid)** Are you passionate about retail and do you enjoy leading teams to achieve outstanding results? We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong organizational and leadership skills who wants to take full responsibility for managing a store and actively contribute to its growth and success. **What will be your mission?** As **Store Manager**, you will ensure the smooth operation of the store, lead your team, guarantee an excellent customer experience, and meet both commercial and operational targets. **What will you do on a daily basis?** Comprehensively manage the store—from scheduling staff shifts to organizing merchandise and executing commercial activities. Plan, coordinate, and supervise a team of approximately 10 people. Motivate, train, and develop team members to support their professional growth. Ensure optimal product presentation and stock availability. Analyze sales performance and implement improvement actions. Carry out administrative and managerial tasks specific to the role. Uphold excellence in customer service and compliance with company standards. **What are we looking for?** * Higher Vocational Training Certificate and/or High School Diploma. * Prior experience in team management and motivating colleagues. * Strong commercial skills and sales orientation. * Excellent organizational, planning, and priority-management abilities. * High degree of autonomy and sense of responsibility. * Outstanding communication skills and adaptability. * Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused profile. * Results-driven mindset and analytical capability. * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. * Geographic availability during the first three months to undergo training in Mallorca and the Valencian Community. **We especially value** * Experience in the retail or general merchandise sector. * Knowledge of German. **What do we offer?** Joining a solid and growing company.
