**We are looking for a Logistics Manager** to lead the launch and operation of our **new highly automated logistics warehouse**, ensuring efficiency, traceability, safety, service level, and continuous improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead the startup of the new automated warehouse: processes, equipment, shifts, KPIs, and operational stabilization.
* Manage end-to-end operations: receiving, put-away, order picking, shipping, inventory management, and returns.
* Implement/optimize the **WMS** and its integration with ERP, transportation systems, and automation systems.
* Define and monitor KPIs: productivity, OTIF/service level, inventory accuracy, turnover, stockouts, shrinkage, incidents, and costs.
* Lead the warehouse team: sizing, training, performance, shift scheduling, and safety culture.
* Ensure regulatory compliance: occupational health and safety (PRL), applicable food safety standards, traceability, quality, ADR (if applicable), and internal standards.
* Manage incidents and coordinate with Sales/Customer Service to resolve urgent issues and ensure service continuity.
* Plan resources and demand peaks (campaigns, promotions, seasonality), including transportation and distribution.
* Coordinate with Maintenance/Engineering for system availability, scheduled downtime, preventive maintenance, and reliability improvements.
* Drive continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen/5S), standardization, and reduction of operational costs.

REQUIREMENTS
* University degree or higher vocational qualification (Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Organization, Business Administration, or related field).
* **Minimum 5 years’ experience** in logistics/warehouse operations, with team leadership and KPI accountability.
* Proven experience in **automated warehouses** and/or WMS implementation/optimization and system integrations.
* Knowledge of supply chain, planning, transportation, and inventory control.
* Advanced proficiency in analytical tools (ERP/WMS; BI experience is desirable).
* Solid understanding of occupational health and safety (PRL) and safety culture in industrial settings.
* Professional English (desirable).
