




We are looking for a versatile professional for La Finca Golf who will provide customer service with a high standard of excellence. **Main Responsibilities:** * Maintain and improve quality standards in customer service. * Demonstrate a helpful attitude towards customers. * Provide information and advice about the course to players. * Manage reservations. * Interact with customers and sell merchandise at the golf shop. * Control the playing order. * Assist in improving the pace of play. * Keep the fleet of buggies clean and in perfect condition for delivery. * Report incidents and other matters related to the course and customers to the supervisor. Requirements: * High level of written and spoken English and Spanish is essential. * Strong interpersonal skills. * Versatile individual. * Pro\-active attitude.
