At Espiral, we are seeking to hire a **Speech Therapist** to work in our clinics in **Alicante and Elche**, as part of a multidisciplinary team, participating in the assessment, intervention, and follow-up of our patients. **What will be your mission?** **Assess, intervene, and monitor patients**, designing individualized treatment plans and coordinating with the rest of the therapeutic team to deliver comprehensive, high-quality care. **Main responsibilities:** * Conduct **speech-language assessments and evaluations** of patients. * Design and implement **individualized intervention plans**, tailored to each patient’s needs. * Address difficulties related to language, speech, communication, voice, and swallowing. * Monitor patients’ progress and adapt interventions as needed. * Participate in the care of patients with **neurological disorders and neurorehabilitation needs**. * Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team. * Maintain close communication with patients and their families, providing guidance and recommendations when necessary. * Document patients’ progress and intervention outcomes. * Attend team meetings and coordination sessions. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in **Speech Therapy**. * Valid professional registration. * Clinical intervention experience—particularly in **neurorehabilitation**—is highly valued. * Ability to conduct individualized assessments and interventions. * Strong communication skills and a personable approach with patients and families. * Teamwork and coordination skills with other professionals. * We seek a **responsible, empathetic, committed, and quality-oriented professional**. **What do we offer?** * Integration into a **multidisciplinary and specialized team**. * A work environment grounded in **approachability, respect, and personalized care**. * Opportunity to work with diverse patient profiles and continue your professional development. * Coordination and collaborative work with other therapeutic professionals. * A growing project where you can contribute your expertise and ideas. * Maternity leave replacement contract (approx. 6 months) * 23 working days of annual vacation plus 5 flexible days Salary: €14,652.00–€26,200.00 per year Work location: On-site employment
