We seek a responsible individual with leadership ability and experience in team and daily operational management. Main Responsibilities * Team management and coordination. * Store management and daily operations. * Inventory control, stock management, and order placement. * Supervision of goods receiving and dispatch. * Incident resolution and team support. * Ensuring store order, cleanliness, and proper functioning. Requirements * Valid documentation permitting employment in Spain. * Prior experience as a store supervisor, store manager, or in a similar role. * Experience in inventory management and stock control. * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Organized, solution-oriented, and results-driven individual. * Professional appearance and strong communication skills. * Commitment, responsibility, and proactive attitude.
