**Objective**

We are seeking to hire a *Human Resources Manager* to comprehensively manage personnel and labor relations at our Center.
The Residence employs approximately 60 professionals across assistance, healthcare, cleaning, kitchen, maintenance, and administration departments.
We seek a person who is approachable, organized, and solution-oriented, with solid labor knowledge and the ability to work directly with management, department heads, and all center professionals.
**What will be your mission?**
Plan, coordinate, and supervise the Residence’s Human Resources management, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, appropriate staffing organization, and a working climate that contributes to professionals’ well-being and quality care for elderly residents.
**Main Responsibilities**
* *Labor Administration and Management*
Manage employment contracts, hires, terminations, extensions, and labor modifications.
Prepare and review necessary payroll-related incidents.
Coordinate with external labor consultants regarding payroll processing, social security contributions, and official agency procedures.
Monitor timekeeping records, vacations, leave requests, medical leaves, sabbaticals, and absences.
Maintain up-to-date employee files and labor documentation.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding contracts, payrolls, leave entitlements, and working conditions.
Ensure correct application of the applicable collective bargaining agreement and current labor legislation.
* *Recruitment, Hiring, and Onboarding*
Identify staffing needs jointly with management and department heads.
Publish job openings, screen candidates, and conduct interviews.
Manage selection processes for assistance, healthcare, administrative, and service personnel.
Coordinate hiring and onboarding of new professionals.
Design and supervise onboarding and initial support processes.
Maintain an updated job pool to cover vacations, absences, and urgent staffing needs.
Establish relationships with vocational training centers and other candidate sourcing channels.
* *Staff Organization and Planning*
Collaborate in shift scheduling, vacation planning, and coverage arrangements.
Anticipate hiring needs and potential staffing shortages.
Track absenteeism, turnover, and team stability.
Propose measures to improve organizational efficiency, staff motivation, and retention.
Support department heads in day-to-day team management.
* *Training and Development*
Develop and monitor the annual training plan.
Identify training needs jointly with management and department heads.
Coordinate mandatory and sector-specific training for the sociosanitary field.
Manage training documentation and, where applicable, training subsidies.
Collaborate in performance evaluation and professional development processes.
* *Labor Relations and Workplace Climate*
Advise management and middle managers on labor matters and people management.
Receive and channel employee inquiries, suggestions, and concerns.
Prevent and resolve labor conflicts.
Act as mediator between employees, supervisors, and management when required.
Promote initiatives aimed at improving internal communication, recognition, and workplace climate.
Maintain dialogue with workers’ legal representatives, where applicable.
* *Prevention and Regulatory Compliance*
Coordinate with the occupational risk prevention service.
Monitor medical examinations, preventive training, and workplace accidents.
Collaborate in implementing and updating labor protocols, equality plans, and anti-harassment measures.
Guarantee confidentiality and proper protection of employee and candidate data.
Prepare documentation required for inspections, audits, or administrative requests.
**Requirements**
Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum two years’ experience in a generalist Human Resources role.
Experience in labor administration, recruitment, and personnel management.
Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and Social Security regulations.
Familiarity with the collective bargaining agreement for the dependent care sector or the broader sociosanitary field.
Proficiency in HR management software and computer tools.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
**Especially Valued**
Prior experience in elderly residences, healthcare centers, dependency care facilities, or sociosanitary organizations.
Experience managing teams of 50–100 employees.
Experience in shift-based operations with frequent coverage requirements.
Knowledge of occupational risk prevention.
Experience handling absenteeism, turnover, and labor conflicts.
Experience developing HR indicators and reports.
