**Job Description** --------------------------- We are seeking an **Executive Chef** for a top-tier stadium! Do you have experience in VIP catering for large-scale events and a passion for delivering unforgettable gastronomic experiences? Then this opportunity is for you! **As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading culinary operations, food concepts for general bars, and premium VIP catering**. Supervising kitchen staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing culinary solutions to meet production, presentation, and service standards. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure appropriate culinary standards and techniques are applied to food preparation, including production, presentation, and service standards. * Train and manage kitchen staff to apply best practices in food production. * Responsible for achieving raw material and labor cost targets. * Develop and cost recipes appropriate for each service. * Responsible for consistently maintaining food quality and safety. * Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment. Guarantee compliance with SAFE Food Standards and Aramark Quality Assurance standards, as well as safety policies. **Requirements:** * University degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent, with over 5 years of culinary experience in a similar role, is highly valued. * Prior experience in high-volume special events (convention centers, congress palaces, hotels, stadiums, catering companies, etc.) is essential. * Strong organizational, communication, and team leadership skills are required. * Availability to work flexible hours aligned with event schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
