Our new hotel, inspired by 1960s Italy and the Art of Living, is seeking ***a Food and Beverage Waiter/ress.*** **Responsibilities** You will report to the Restaurant Manager and be responsible for: · Setting up service areas (mise en place), arranging and restocking items in the service office, dining room, bar, and buffet. · Transporting and delivering restaurant and bar orders. · Cleaning and reassembling equipment, cutlery, tableware, and machinery according to brand standards and regulatory requirements. · Performing proper maintenance, cleaning, and organization of departmental and shared areas according to brand standards and regulatory requirements. · Waste and refuse collection and management. · Taking orders, processing charges and payments, and delivering service to the dining room, bar, buffet, and Room Service when required. · Receiving and properly storing goods, adhering to APPCC and PRL regulations. · Monitoring product quality according to brand standards. · Reporting customer complaints, malfunctions, breakdowns, and any other similar incidents to supervisors. · Comprehensive knowledge of menus, dishes, and products offered by Hotel Mongibello Ibiza. · Ensuring correct beverage and food service (in accordance with established procedures). · Completing logs and check\-lists as required by regulations and brand standards. · Delivering service and guest assistance in compliance with regulations and brand standards. **Requirements** * Valid legal documentation to work * Minimum two years’ experience in a position of similar responsibility * Spanish and English at C1 level; additional languages are valued * Possibility of shared accommodation * Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset * Proactive, motivated individual with strong customer orientation through excellence **What We Offer** * Fixed-term intermittent contract * Competitive salary * Meals provided at the hotel * Accommodation possibility depending on profile. *If you believe you match this profile and would like to immerse yourself in this new adventure, we look forward to meeting you.* ***Tell us your story****!* Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
